Get a phone call when a lead emails about pricing or a demo

A lead who asks for pricing is deciding now, not next week. This watch reads your Gmail for that kind of email, not by sender or keyword but by what the message means, and phones you when one arrives.

While it rings, OLL.E drafts the reply in your tone and holds a slot in your Google Calendar, so there is a draft waiting when you look.

Set it up

  1. Install OLL.E and connect Gmail with Google sign-in (under Connectors). Connect Google Calendar too if you want the slot held.
  2. Tap Monitor Now and type the sentence. Add anything that counts as a lead for you: "from a new sender", "mentions our agency plan", "not newsletters".
  3. Pick Phone call, then the actions Draft the reply and Hold a calendar slot. Done.

Questions about this watch

Does OLL.E read all my email?

It checks each new email against the watch you wrote, decides match or no match, and keeps none of the content. Nothing is stored and nothing trains AI models.

What counts as a lead?

What you say counts. "Someone asking about pricing, a demo or a quote, who isn't already a customer" is enough. OLL.E reads the meaning, so a newsletter that mentions pricing won't ring you.

Can it send the reply without me?

Yes. Email auto-replies work on iPhone and Android alike: approve a standard first reply and OLL.E sends it the moment the lead writes, with the call still coming so you know. Or keep it as a draft you read first.

Does this work on iPhone?

Yes. Gmail and Calendar watches work on iPhone without the PinG keyring, including the phone-call alert.
