OLL.E Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to the OLL.E referral program ("Refer & Earn" in the OLL.E app). They are between you and OLL.E, Inc., 603 Patterson St, Memphis, TN 38111, USA ("OLL.E", "we"). You accept them when you share your invite code or enter someone else's code. Our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply. These terms describe the qualifying steps mentioned in Section 10.3 of our Terms & Conditions; where the two differ on a referral, these terms win.

  • Share your invite code. Your friend enters it in the OLL.E app.
  • When your friend's first payment for a paid OLL.E plan goes through, you get $30 and your friend gets $20 in OLL.E credit.
  • You both get the credit at the same time. There is nothing to claim.
  • Credit can only be used inside OLL.E. It is not cash.
  • Credit expires 12 months after it is added.
  • You (the person who shared the code): $30 in OLL.E credit for each friend who qualifies.
  • Your friend (the person who entered the code): $20 in OLL.E credit.

The credit is added to your OLL.E balance, shown in US dollars. We tell you with a notification and an email when it lands. We pay the amounts that apply on the day your friend's payment goes through. The current amounts are always shown on the Refer & Earn screen in the app.

Usually you can use the credit straight away. We may hold new referral credit for a short time, for example until the store's refund period ends, before it can be used. The app shows held credit as pending.

  1. Open Refer & Earn in the OLL.E app and share your invite code.
  2. Your friend creates their own OLL.E account and enters your code in the app. Capital letters do not matter.
  3. Your friend chooses a paid OLL.E plan.
  4. When their first payment goes through, you both get your credit.

Only the code counts. Sharing a link to OLL.E without your code does not record an invite. Each account can enter one invite code, once. After a code is entered it cannot be changed or removed.

A qualifying purchase is a paid OLL.E subscription plan, bought through the Apple App Store, Google Play or another payment method we offer, that is active on the same account where your friend entered your code. The payment must go through. Each friend earns a reward once: renewals, upgrades and later purchases do not pay again.

These do not count:

  • The free plan, a free trial, or a payment that failed or is still pending.
  • A purchase that was refunded or reversed before we recorded it.
  • An OLL.E PinG reservation or other product that is not an OLL.E subscription.
  • Renewals, plan changes, or buying on a second store. Each invited person earns a reward once.
  • A purchase that is restored or shared onto another account. One store purchase earns one reward.
  • You cannot use your own code.
  • Each person can be rewarded for one invite only, even if they have more than one account.
  • You can earn rewards for up to 20 friends in any 30 days. If you reach the limit, you do not get credit for that friend, now or later. Your friend still gets theirs.
  • Do not create fake, duplicate or automated accounts, and do not pay with cards or accounts that are not yours.
  • Do not spam people, and follow the rules of any website, app or group where you share your code.
  • Do not pretend to be OLL.E or make promises about OLL.E that these terms do not make.

We review referrals. If we reasonably believe a referral breaks these terms, we may reject it, withhold or remove the credit for both sides, and suspend the accounts involved. A rejected referral does not earn a reward.

  • OLL.E spends your credit for you when you go beyond your plan, for example on extra watches, alerts and actions. There is nothing to redeem.
  • Credit that expires soonest is used first. You can see your balance and every charge in the app.
  • Credit cannot pay for an App Store, Google Play or other subscription charge, or for OLL.E PinG.
  • Credit has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, transferred or sold (see Section 10.2 of our Terms & Conditions).
  • Referral credit expires 12 months after it is added. The email we send when it lands shows the date. Unused credit is lost when it expires.
  • If your OLL.E account is closed, any unused credit is lost.

If your friend cancels their plan later, credit already added stays in both balances. If the payment that earned the reward is refunded, reversed or charged back, or a referral breaks these terms, we may remove referral credit that has not been used yet. We never charge you for credit you have already used, and your balance never goes below zero.

We may change the reward amounts, the limits, the hold period, how long credit lasts, and these terms at any time. Changes apply to rewards paid after the change. They do not reduce credit that is already in your balance. When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page.

We may pause or end the referral program at any time, in some countries or everywhere. Credit already in your balance stays there and can be used until it expires.
