Growth & Operations Intern

We are the Khulna, Bangladesh team of a USA-incorporated AI SaaS company. Our product is used by freelancers, traders, Sales & Ops in the US, UK, and Europe. We are launching now, and we want three interns to launch it with us.

What you'll do

• Reach customers (most of your time): Find the online communities where our users live - Discord servers, subreddits, Slack groups, X, forums. Get accepted into them. Write posts people actually want to read. Start real conversations. Run personalized outreach.
• Keep the system running (part of your time): Sit with our own Chrome Extension and handle live monitoring pipelines when they need a human - verification steps, Cloudflare checks, data issues. Log what happened so we can fix it properly.

You're a fit if

• Your written English is strong enough that someone in Texas or London reads your message and doesn't clock you as a non-native speaker
• You already spend time on LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, or X for your own interests - not for a job
• You can research your way to an answer without being given the link
• You are a student in Khulna (KUET, KU, NWU, NU, KPI, BL College, or any university or college here) and can be on-site full-time for at least 3 days a week
• Sales and digital marketing is your passion
• You want to learn how a real international product gets built, launched, and GTM
